Prison Outreach Ministry

VCCMI also reaches out to various prisons within Uganda through the prisons ministry that has over the years seen many prisoners receiving Christ as their Lord and saviour. Sometimes we endeavour to meet basic needs of the inmates to supplement what they have by provision of soap, Sugar, clothing etc.. to prisoners. Worth mentioning is a case of the women prisoners in Luzira prison who received uniforms and sanitary pads provided by Victory Church of Christ ministries Int in 2006. We also reach other prisons namely; Kitalya, Bulawla, Naguru Remand home.

Through this ministry, together with partners and the prison authority, we can reduce on the moral degeneration in our country and contribute to the rehabilitation of the members of our communities who are caught up in crime.
